We make menu, pricing, and hours changes for you across the POS and all online channels. Here's how to get them done fast and right.
What to send us
- Menu items: exact item names, prices, category, and any modifiers (with prices). For new items, note which printers/KDS the item should route to.
- Price changes: a simple list — item name, old price, new price. Photos of a marked-up menu work fine.
- Hours changes: the new hours and which channels they apply to (in-store, online ordering, DoorDash/Uber Eats/Grubhub — marketplace hours are managed separately and are a common source of "why are we getting orders after close?").
Where changes apply
Tell us the scope: POS only, online ordering, delivery marketplaces, or everywhere. These are separate systems — a price changed on the POS doesn't automatically update Uber Eats. We push to all channels and confirm when everything is live.
Timing
- Simple price/availability changes: usually same day.
- Larger menu builds or restructures: we'll give you a timeline up front. For big changes we schedule the push during slow hours so nothing disrupts service.
After the change
We'll confirm when it's live. A refresh on the POS (and reopening the online menu) is sometimes needed to see the update.
