Looking up an old order for a refund, receipt reprint, or customer question takes under a minute.
On the POS
- Go to Orders. Recent orders are under Today's Orders.
- For older orders, tap the three dots in the top right corner and choose Advanced Search.
- Search by order number — or swipe down on the orders screen to reveal the advanced search bar.
Don't have the order number?
- Advanced Search can also filter by date. If the customer has their receipt or a credit card statement, the date and amount are usually enough to narrow it down.
- Order History does not show loyalty details — for loyalty-related lookups (points, redemptions), send us the customer's name, phone number, or email and we'll check the loyalty system directly.
Can't find it?
Send support the date, approximate time, amount, and payment type. We can search the backend across all stations, including voided and unpaid orders.
